Claudia: Photographer, Traveler, Your Biggest Fan

They say to find your purpose, think about the things you loved doing as a child. And for me, it’s always been photography. At every birthday party and event, you could find me carrying around one of my dad’s cameras, snapping candids of our family and friends, capturing all the little things that most people overlooked. Photography has this way of making you pay attention to the details that are just begging for someone to notice. I always felt most in-the-moment when I was capturing the moment. 

By the time I went to college, that feeling never left – and it only made sense that I would major in photography. In 2020 (yep – the year of chaos), I took the leap to wedding photography trusting that there was room for something different, real and unscripted – and I brought everything I learned in college with me. My approach is rooted in my documentary background, and I've seamlessly blended that storytelling with weddings, aiming to create images that feel like fine art in every shot.

I have never felt so certain that I have found my calling. It’s hard to even call it a “job” when I get to spend my days connecting with incredible people, hearing their stories, bearing witness to their love and beauty and happy moments in a million little ways. This is the work that makes me come alive, and it’s my honor to capture the experiences and people that do the same for you.
